General Terms & Conditions

If you would like to book one of our amazing properties just simply log onto our web siteand locate the property you are interested in. You may then click the booking/inquiry form located on each apartment information page and enter your information, which is directly e-mailed to us. You can also call the number associated with the property to speak with a real-life human (no robots here!)

Once you make a request we can usually have an answer for you right away. Although with some properties it may take up to 24 hours. theLET prides itself on responding to all requests and finding you the perfect property for your stay.

Prices & Payment

The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and most properties include all taxes and services, except international telephone usage and premium and pay-per-view TV. Properties are based on a 30 night minimum stay, however certain properties can be pro-rated for shorter and longer stays. Prices are subject to currency fluctuation, however when accommodations have been paid in full, there will be no increase. All reservations must be paid in full prior to arrival.

Deposit Requirements / Final Payment

On making a booking you will need to pay a security deposit to secure the property. This can be paid by a hold on your credit card, just like when you rent a car. This hold is put on 48 hours prior to your arrival date and released 72 hours after you depart providing there is no damage to the property. These funds are either never charged through (if no damage is done and no incidentals are purchased) or refunded less the cost of damage/incidentals at the end of the guests’ stay. Please read the policies of each property as these deposits do vary.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a reservation, please contact our office immediately. You will need to give notice 60 days in advance in order to receive a full refund. All fees and restrictions associated with each individual property are outlined in our rental agreement. We will always do our best to re-rent the property so as to minimize any financial loss to our clients. We highly recommend to always take out travel insurance before any trip.

Arrival & Departure

Property check in time is from 4:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. Although check-in for most properties is 4:00pm, apartments may occasionally be available earlier if the previous guest departs early. If you wish to be certain of gaining access to the apartment before 4:00pm it will be necessary to book it from the previous day. Likewise if you require a check out after 11:00am we advise booking in advance for an additional day.

Upon arrival you are “checked in” to your property by one of our experienced staff members. You will tour the property and be given instructions on all the functionality of the property, an inventory list, and keys / parking garage remotes. We require your estimated time of arrival and we do allow a 30 minute “grace period” before additional check-in charges will apply. For example, you can update us if your flight is delayed to avoid charges however when you set an arrival time with us know there will be a staff member waiting for you at that time and this needs to be appreciated. Please note our regular check-in time is between 4pm and 7pm. Additional charges apply for all check-ins after 7pm. We want your check-into be as seamless and easy as possible so we recommend using our preferred Limo Service (see our Service page.)
